The successful candidate for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew opportunities will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, Stains, Overlays, and hard surface flooring systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets.
- Looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.
Qualifications:
- Concrete polishing, epoxy / urethane flooring, installation and concrete stain experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
- All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town at times.
- Ability to work overnight, and on an occasional Saturday.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
